Our trips have a suggested itinerary and prices, but the final price depend on the dates you travel, the hotels you stay in and the tours you choose. When you call us or send a booking request, we work with you to plan a holiday for you within your proposed budget.

First, we ask you some important questions such as your budget, how many of you are travelling, when you want to travel, what sort of holiday you are looking for and where you want to go.

If you know where you want to go, we put together a suggested itinerary that is within your budget and send it to you. You then decide whether you want to go ahead or make some tweaks (there are always plenty of options, we always make sure you are 100% happy with every choice you make).

If you do not know where you want to go, we put together different trips for you to choose from. Again, once you have chosen your trip, you can make tweaks as required.

Once you have confirmed your holiday itinerary, it's time to book! 50% of the holiday cost is paid for at the point of booking and the balance is due within 6 weeks of travel.

We protect your money with Protected Trust Services and are also ATOL protected, meaning you can book with the confidence that your money is safe.

Also, all our payments to suppliers are insured, so our customers have complete financial protection if one of our suppliers becomes insolvent.

We understand that it is not realistic to just stop flying, but we will help you consider other options such as train travel when it fits with your holiday requirements.

We will always choose accommodation partners that have environmentally friendly policies and local tour guides to ensure the money you spend is going back into the local community, not going to huge corporations that focus on paying out to their shareholders.
